If you want to experience the freedom of being an entrepreneur, but experience sheer terror when thinking about taking that leap, you are where I was about three years ago. I left a 14-year position as CEO of a Community Health Center to start my business, Your Health Potential, where I help women to enjoy healthy, nourished bodies, experience exhilarating transformations and fall in love with their lives.

I stumbled through many of the pitfalls that are part of the path toward a successful business. Some rough spots are just learning curves and some seem to be brought on by the same self-defeating behaviors we have practiced throughout our lives.

In order to surpass those obstacles, we need to move through the places where we normally get stuck and begin to see our issues through a new lens. Together, we discover those patterns and break through them to apply more successful strategies.

Over the years, I have had the great fortune of receiving help from a couple of exceptional business coaches. Kendall Summerhawk is one of them.
