Sugar Sensitivity is like many other food sensitivities, with one big difference—sugar is added to nearly everything you eat whether you know it or not! Food manufacturers add it to bread, canned and frozen vegetables, tomato sauce, yogurt, crackers, dips, toothpaste, juice—the list goes on and on.
Sugar plays havoc with our health, causing inflammation that leads to arthritis, acne, joint pain, dental cavities, metabolic syndrome, hypoglycemia and more serious health problems like heart disease and
diabetes.
Often, I take the show on the road locally to address small groups, so I can educate people on the problems associated with sugar and the foods to eat to curb those sugar cravings. If
